Shipping Rates
Currently we offer shipping to the United States, and selected countries in Asia (Malaysia, Singapore and Japan). To shop our EU site, please visit https://leminimacaron.eu/.
CANADA POST STRIKE: Shipments to Canada are currently affected. As we cannot guarantee deliveries on time, we will suspend local shipments until the issue is resolved.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: With this service, delivery takes 3-4 business days. Up to 20 oz: $20. Over 20 oz: $ 30.
Shipping address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone will be available to receive the package. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location if you will not be home at the time of delivery. Once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft to the package.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the United States for orders over USD $55 and in some other countries for orders over USD $75-$100. Free Shipping total must equate $55 or over following the application of discount codes and/or Gift Cards.Certain restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more details if you are unsure your country is included.
International Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United States via Access Worldwide for international and take an average of 10-20 business days for international shipments (although sometimes up to 40, depending on the country). Please note that these times do not include weekends and holidays.We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees:
- USD USD $10 for Malaysia and Singapore on orders under $75
From time to time, your local country’s customs may hold the shipment and request that you pay customs duties; this is rare but it can happen on occasion. All customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not liable.
Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Please note that all US shipments can be tracked via DHL and international shipments may be tracked via Access Worldwide or DHL depending on your country. If you have trouble tracking your package, feel free to email us with your order number, and we can check its status for you.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to military addresses, like FPO (Fleet Post Office) and APO (Army Post Office), and outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam).

- Shipping to zips starting with:
- 006-009 Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands
- 966-969 Hawaii and Guam
- 995-999 Alaska
While we currently DO offer shipping to these addresses, please note the following:
- Shipping time may take around 21 business days or more.
- Once the package leaves the continental US, we cannot guarantee final delivery. The buyer takes responsibility for the package.
- We prefer to ship to non-military addresses or addresses within the 48 continental United States as we can guarantee delivery. If you would like delivery to the above or international addresses, we can certainly do so but please understand that the arrival of the package will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Our Refund and Return Policy
Please review your order carefully before confirming and submitting payment. Unfortunately, once your order is paid and you have received the order confirmation, we cannot make any cancellations or changes to your order.
If you do not wish to keep your order once it is received, you may choose to reject the package from the courier or you may return the package to us. Any return shipping fees would be incurred by you. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
Product Return Guidelines
You have 14 days to return any purchase from the day you receive your order. Items returned must be in their original packaging and not used. We cannot consider any items that are used, incomplete, ruined, damaged, or dirty for a refund.

After receiving your order and you wish to make a return, you must email us to verify the order number and confirm your information for the return. If you are shipping within the US, it may take up to 7 days for us to receive it in our warehouse. If you are shipping internationally, it could take up to 21 days for us to receive it. We recommend tracking your package and emailing us to confirm that we received it.
Once we receive your package in our warehouse, it will take 10 days to process and refund you the amount of the order, minus shipping fees.
Defective or Missing Product
If you have a defective or missing product, we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense), if you can provide photos and video of the problem. Please contact us directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you.
Package Delays
Remember to check your address details carefully when you submit your order to ensure that there are no delays with your shipment. If your package is extremely delayed (as can happen sometimes with third-party shipping companies), please contact us with any specific questions.
